Terms & Conditions

Last updated

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Keogram Labs ("Keogram," "we," "us") that governs your use of Cartroute, our navigation app for golf carts and low-speed vehicles (LSVs), and this website. By downloading or using Cartroute you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cartroute, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to purchase a subscription. You must hold any license required to operate your vehicle.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cartroute on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial navigation, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or build a competing service from the app or its data, except as the law allows.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Cartroute offers paid subscriptions at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with a 5-day free trial for new subscribers.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
  • Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or the trial).
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • We may change prices with notice, and the new price applies at your next renewal. You may cancel before then.

Billing and refunds are handled by Apple and Google. See our Refund Policy.

Navigation safety disclaimer

Cartroute provides route suggestions for informational purposes only. A suggested route does not guarantee that a road, path, or crossing is legal, safe, or open to golf carts or LSVs. Rules vary by state, county, city, and community, and conditions change. Map data may be incomplete or out of date.

You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely. Always follow posted signs, traffic signals, and state and local law, and use your own judgment over the app’s directions. Do not interact with the app while driving. Set your destination before you move, or have a passenger do it, and pull over safely if you need to use your device.

Your account and acceptable use

Keep your login details secure. Do not use Cartroute for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the service or other users, or in a way that endangers anyone.

Disclaimer of warranties

Cartroute is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keogram and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for any injury, accident, property damage, fine, or citation arising from your use of or reliance on Cartroute. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using Cartroute at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
