Delete Your Cartroute Account

Cartroute is a navigation app for golf carts and low-speed vehicles (LSVs), made by Keogram Labs. You can delete your Cartroute account and the data linked to it at any time. You do not need to have the app installed to ask us to delete it.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Cartroute on your iPhone or Android phone.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm. You are signed out and your account is scheduled for deletion.

Ask us to delete your account by email

If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in:

  1. Email hello@keogram.com with the subject Delete my Cartroute account.
  2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Cartroute:
    • Sign in with Google: your Google account email.
    • Sign in with Apple: your Apple ID email. If you chose Hide My Email, your account uses a private relay address. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple, then Cartroute to see it, and include that address in your email.
  3. We may reply to confirm the request before we act on it, so that nobody else can delete your account.

When it happens

We delete your account and its data within 30 days of your request, and we email you when it is done. Deletion is permanent: an account cannot be restored once it is deleted.

What is deleted

Everything. When your account is deleted, we delete all of the data linked to it from our systems, including our backups, and keep nothing:

  • Your account and sign-in details (your name and email address from Apple or Google).
  • Your saved places, route history and preferences.
  • Location and trip data linked to your account.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google, so your purchase history stays in your Apple or Google account under their own policies. We do not keep a copy.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription

Cancel your subscription separately, before or after you delete your account, so that you are not charged again:

  • iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Cartroute, then Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Cartroute, then Cancel subscription.
